Instructions for requesting a genetic test

Laboratory tests performed at the laboratory of the service of Medical Genetics of the University Hospital Ghent can be requested via the application forms of the Center for Medical Genetics Ghent, except for som tests of the Molecular Diagnostics UZ Ghent (MDG) platform.
